QikBuzz began with the desire to form better working relationships with coworkers and friends.
View news articles and answer questions all while having the ability to start conversations with others.
The questions arose how can you improve communication, limit misunderstandings, provide a positive, more productive
work environment, and have more positive feelings about your job?
Through our research, we found that improving workplace relationships with can improve the way your perception about work. By using
social media but limiting those who can see your posts, we sought to create an environment where people felt more comfortable sharing their thoughts,
like they would in a small group.
Using private groups, QikBuzz was developed as "The Be Selectively Social App". With the premise that
if you know your coworkers better, you could be less likely to misinterpret requests and generally happier at work.
Since your coworkers are already your work family, why not get to know them better?
